Conveniently located. Walking distance from the station and restaurants. No AC in the building so we had to leave the windows open. You can hear noise from the street very early morning. They give fan so not a problem.

Clean room. Very helpful staff. She helped us checked in and gave us a map of the area. Very helpful and was willing to answer our questions during our stay.

Clean room in the center of old town. Exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The hotel was in a great location and easy access to everything we wanted to do. It was clean and easy to find. The only downside was that it was 90 degrees and we were on the 4th floor and there is no air conditioning. You could barely crack a window so it was impossible to cool down and made for an uncomfortable night sleep

We really enjoyed our stay!! The location was amazing!! Close to everything!!

Everything was great. The rooms aren't fully updated however.

There was a bit of a mixup with rooms when we arrived, but the staff quickly resolved it and compensated us by providing breakfast. There was a heat wave in Lucerne during our stay, so definitely needed the fans on all night. Breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly.

Great location! We enjoyed our stay!

Great location! We arrived early, at noon, and we were asking to store our luggage til check. Our room was ready and they allowed us to check in early. The location is nestled in the historic district just steps away from the rivers edge, restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable. We were there when there was a heat wave, and there is no air conditioning. But, two fans were provided that helped.

Breakfast is the best! Its not the hotels fault as European buildings dont tend to have A/C but if its hot outside then its gonna be hot sleeping too.
