Never stayed there booked by mistake and Expedia didn’t want to return funds wanted to book in Nova Scotia but booking took me to Scotland so not happy with them at the moment emailed Scotland and they said that Expedia should cancel but they wouldn’t so stuck with paying it

The family room was spacious. The bar is quite top notch and the staff helpful. Enjoyed our breakfast as well.

Very clean and unique place with great river views. The brewery was great! Restaurant was good for dinner but breakfast was just okay. Staff was a bit confused at times with parking options and taking deposits. It all worked out in the end and I would recommend staying here. Thank you

Although our room was rated as deluxe it fell very short of this. There was a lot of peeling paintwork, scuffed walls, stained carpet and broken toilet cistern. We were booked in for one night and unfortunately discovered the shower didn't work on morning of departure. The bath had a hand held shower but no curtain or screen. The breakfast buffet offering was very basic and not very hot.

We enjoyed the large bathrooms with heated towel racks. The front desk was hugely helpful when I had a health issue. The location was next to the beautiful River Ness and close to shopping and restaurants

Very central hotel with easy walking distance to city centre but hotel quite dated and more like 3 star at 5 star price

The room was small and outdated. Worst of all was there are no blackout curtains. The sun was coming up at 4:30am so I was wide awake by 4;45am. Not fun. Left me tired all day!

The locations is excellent. The property overall is well maintained and the staff were excellent. The Glen Mohr Bar is a wonderful place to congregate and enjoy the drinks and venue. The only negative is that two of the rooms our family stayed in either had issues with the shower faucets and in our case the shower door handles had cracked metal surface that caused a simple cut. That is the only part where upkeep would be better. Otherwise it is a lovely property and quiet and close to everything and looking over the water.

A fairly comfortable hotel with an excellent restaurant and friendly staff. Let down only by lack of attention to detail in the rooms, in particular the rooms need more light and the bathrooms more hooks, rails and grab handles over the bath.

Nice large room with sitting areas and large windows. Updated bathroom. with separate shower and tub. Beautiful views of the River Ness. Great outdoor beer garden/brewery and distillery on site. Beer garden was especially nice to hang out after dinner. Restaurant on-site was very good. Breakfast was the typical full English breakfast. Had dinner there twice and both times the food and service were excellent. Easy walking distance to town. Desk staff were very helpful.
