It was convenient for us to go to the beach and the pool from our room. Staff members were all professional. The room, especially the bathroom, was small and dated. However, the overview was fantastic. As an important note, if you don’t have cars, don’t expect to find taxi easily (and it’s pricey. About 3,000 yen one way). It’s better to make a dinner plan at the hotel (or nearby restaurants). Overall, we were happy about our stay.

L’hôtel n’a pas d’air climatisé central, un peu dans les chambres, il fait très chaud dans les endroits communs. La localisation est très bien, avec une plage privée. L’hôtel charge toutefois des frais importants pour la location des parasols et des chaises de plage. Les terrasses ne peuvent pas être utilisées pour d’autres raisons que les repas achetés aux restaurants, qui sont d’ailleurs très chers. Le personnel de l’hôtel n’est pas au fait de ce qui est disponible autour de l’hôtel quant aux restaurants. La doudou de ma fille a disparu de la chambre. Le personnel a fait des démarches pour essayer de la retrouver, sans succès. Ça a généré une grande déception pour ma fille.

The room was nice and spacious. As others have noted the decor is a little dated, however, the room is breathtaking. Staff was very warm and helpful. They were so sweet- as we were leaving several staff members came out to bow and wave to us (it made us feel valued as customers). The sushi bar was a special treat. The onsen was very relaxing, with a lovely view Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The staff at the reception desk were amazing, friendly, and helpful. They helped with luggage and getting a cab when needed. I would like to see the gift shop, restaurant and coffee shop open for longer hours. Coffee and drinks not available till 10 am. The pool would have been a nice touch too but the hours open were only on the weekend. Rooms were okay, a bit outdated and smelled not so fresh.

As an American, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the rooms were very hot. We ended up leaving early because of how uncomfortable the beds and heat were. The hotel and staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful, and amazing amenities as a family traveling with a 6 month old and 2 year old

The beach access and staff were amazing. However, we were originally put in a first floor suite and although the view was great, the room had extensive water damage. We spent one night and morning feeling pretty awful and not wanting to touch anything. It was next to the onsen building, which looks very run down (although the onsen itself is beautiful). The staff did change our room to an upper floor with an even better view, which was very clean and not moldy. Amazing beach aside, the location was a little more challenging than we imagined- not a fault of the hotel- there just wasn't much around, few dining options, etc. The hotel shuttle did help us get to town regularly. We did not dine at the hotel because it required reservations and times that worked for our family were taken already. It was handy to be able to rent a surfboard from the hotel store. We would have had a great stay, had it not been for the moldy room the first night.

Excellent property. Beautiful views. Staff was wonderful.
