Spacious unit.

room is clean, staff ok,

Staff was very courteous. Great space for 4 people. Would recommend

The hotel contacted me via email on the day of check-in to inform me that my original room was unavailable due to a broken air conditioner. They offered a complimentary upgrade to another room, which I accepted. However, had I known that the room I was assigned was actually a downgrade from the one I originally booked, I would not have accepted their offer. Unfortunately, I only realized the room was a downgrade the day after check-in, making it too late to request a refund. Anyhow, the room was spacious and in good condition overall.

Enjoyed our overnight stay. Very quiet and easily walkable from Hakata station. Check in was easy and convenient. Will stay here again.

Very spacious property for a fair price. Would use again.

The room is very cool. There is a balcony, washer, automatic toilet and bathtub. It is perfect for a longer stay.

there is enough space for 4 person or above, good location and great 24hrs customer services.

Nothing is unique about the property. What i don't like is the very late check-in time of 5:00pm, it should be 2:00pm check-in and 11:00 or 12:00 check-out...
