The delivered breakfast was fantastic. The location was a little hard to find, but it served our purpose. The negative is that, this is not a hotel with staff, and communication about taxes were not clear. Our visit was during a heat wave, and the air conditioning was ok. If not for a fan we used in the room, sleeping would have been poor.

This was a great property to stay at in a neighborhood close to everything. I gave it 4 stars because the check in process is a bit confusing as the hotel asks to send ID information beforehand. I wasn’t comfortable with that but I was still able to go in and check in in person but at a property that is a “sister hotel” located in Venice. The check in person was very helpful in giving us tips to get around Venice and we were thankful for her, I’m glad that I waited to get there to check in because without her we may have been suffering walking around Venice with our heavy luggage and our toddler. It was a wonderful hotel and the room was great and very unique and also very clean.

Our experience was very disappointing from the moment we arrived. Check-in was done entirely by text message, and there was no staff on the property to assist us if we had any issues or emergencies. When we arrived, it was over 100°F outside, and we were expecting the bedroom air conditioner to provide some relief. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was not working. On top of that, the Wi-Fi also did not work. As we were traveling in a foreign country, our phones relied on Wi-Fi, so we were unable to search for directions, communicate, or access important travel information. Traveling with young children in extreme heat without air conditioning or Wi-Fi made our stay very uncomfortable and stressful. We expected the basic amenities advertised to be functional, and unfortunately, they were not. This experience did not meet our expectations.

Perfect place to stay! Close to attractions, but it’s own quite little corner. Gorgeous room with a view from the balcony to the Grand canal. Great communication and amazing breakfast brought right to our room. They even packed us breakfast to go on our last day since we had to leave early. Plus, they made sure I had gluten free options, since I have celiac disease. Thank you!

The staff were so supportive and the breakfast was awesome and plentiful. The room was very presented in Venice style and very quaint. The hotel is in the perfect spot to get everywhere and more. Just a quick note that there is no reception for those who are looking for check in and out in person. There is no locked luggage storage but there is a place behind reception that was provided. Overall, we had a nice visit and all went well!

The property is perfectly position so walk all of Venice. The property is beautiful and has a lot of Venice charm. The ac is very weak but there is plenty of fans available. The morning breakfast in bed is prefect way to start your day. Would definitely stay again

Tastefully decorated room with good facilities, kettle and coffee machine. Good location, a short distance from the Grand Canal. Although reception is unmanned, there was great communication via Whatsapp. Excellent breakfast brought directly to the room. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice room. Self check in and breakfast very complete on the next morning. Very appreciated my stay there. We have left our luggage till we needed. Thank you

The room was beautiful and comfortable. The air conditioner didn't get very cold, but they brought us an oscillating fan. Bedside breakfast delivery was a great way to start the busy days of sweating-out-of-our-skin tourists. The location is off the main path and is a little scary at night.
