- This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
- This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
- If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
- Drinking alcohol on the bus is prohibited.
- Please note that odd-numbered groups will, in principle, share seats on the bus
- The order of the itinerary may be partially changed.
- Tour Cancellation: If there are delays or closures on the Tateyama Toll Road or Snow Otani, the tour may be canceled.
- Footwear & Sun Protection: Please wear comfortable, waterproof trekking shoes. We also recommend bringing sunglasses due to strong sunlight.
- Weather & Clothing: The temperature around Murodo can drop below freezing, so please bring warm clothing and rain gear in case of weather changes.
- Changes to Free Time: The free exploration time may be adjusted due to traffic or weather conditions.
- Transport Delays: If road congestion prevents you from connecting to the last public transportation, any taxi fare or accommodation costs will be at your own expense.
