預訂指南

• For same-day booking, please book at least 1 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
• Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return
• Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
• Days are calculated and charged regardless of whether or not you are using the service
• WiFi devices are generally in stock. In the rare case that none are available, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance via email
• A deposit of HKD500 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned

注意事項

• This particular service is only provided for Thailand, with device pick up and drop off at Hong Kong International Airport. For WiFi services in other locations, please see the individual destinations
• There is a minimum 3 day charge. If you use more days than you originally booked, you will be charged at the original retail price for the extra days when you return the device
• Please note: If midnight flight customers can pick up the device after 21:00 and return it before 6:00 on the return date, no extra day charges will apply
