I was so impressed with the gracious and generous hospitality from all of the wonderful staff I encountered during my stay. The location, room, and restaurant were all to a high standard. If you plan to stay in Narita I highly recommend.

It is really clean and location is nice. What I didn’t like is that their dining menu is so limited, English really bad even if you use the Google language they appear do not understand. But the staff are kind and appear courteous.

Everything was just perfect. Staff is extremely helpful and polite.

A great hotel with super engaging and kind staff. Our room was beautiful and had a great view of the town and shrine.

Our room was very spacious and beds were comfortable providing a great night’s rest. The staff was so kind and welcoming and the hotel was very clean. The town is very quiet in the evenings and felt quite mystical.

The room was amazing…clean, comfortable, private and a great location. Loved the executors every day and the quick responses to anything we wanted. Sick beautiful and gracious hosts!

The staff was incredibly warm and inviting. It was the perfect start to our trip in Japan. Great location as welll
