行李服務

• 飯店送至機場的行李領取時間至少需為航班起飛時間前2小時，如需緊急運送服務，需另行付費
• Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 32 inches (length and width total 180 cm), and cannot weigh more than 32kg
• Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack or bag (briefcase)

注意事項

• 請隨身攜帶護照、航班文件與其他個人貴重物品
• 如預訂飯店寄件行李運送服務，於飯店櫃台寄件時間不一定為司機取件時間，可先行拍照行李與領據後離開飯店
• 如行李不符法律規定，即便成功下單，供應商仍將拒絕提供行李運送服務，請自行承擔所有損失、法律責任及相關後果
• 請於取件時檢查確認行李，如有任何問題，請當場拍照並向客服人員回報。行李一經確認即視為服務已完成，供應商無需承擔後續責任
• 如you do not pick up your luggage within 30 minutes after the selected pick up time, to be paid via credit card in the local currency，需支付USD15的附加費用，請於現場支付
• If the driver is made to wait for more than half an hour and cannot contact the passengers, the operator has the right to cancel the order and the payment will not be refunded
• For luggage delivery from the airport to hotels, if there is a flight delay for less than 60 minutes, the free waiting time will be 90 minutes after your selected drop off time. No refund will be issued if LuggAgent is not able to receive customer's luggage within 90 minutes
• For luggage delivery from the airport to hotels, if there is a flight delay for more than 60 minutes, LuggAgent has the right to cancel the order and make a full refund to the customer

溫馨提示：

• 送往機場／從機場托運的行李服務：行李領取及交付皆有專人辦理，並在指定地點當面交付
• 送往酒店／從酒店托運的行李服務：通過酒店禮賓部交付即可，無需等待專人交付
• 從酒店托運的行李服務：寄件時間不是司機收取行李的時間，因此你可以在拍下行李和收妥收據後離開酒店
• 送往民宿／從民宿托運的行李服務：行李領取及交付皆有專人辦理，並在一樓（地面層）當面交付
