行李服務
- Luggage with more than 200cm in size (sum of length, width, and height) and 35kg+ will not be accommodated
- Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack, bag (briefcase) or ski equipment
- If the luggage does not meet the size requirement and/or falls under the list of unaccepted items, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customer is responsible for all the losses and any legal liabilities

- 請隨身攜帶護照、航班文件與其他個人貴重物品
- 請於取件時檢查確認行李，如有任何問題，請當場拍照並向客服人員回報。行李一經確認即視為服務已完成，供應商無需承擔後續責任
- You will be paid a maximum of JPY20,000 per damaged or lost belonging if the operator fails to secure your luggage. However, unintentional damages are exempted from this insurance
