寄送流程

  • 預訂時所選日期應為你期待收到SIM卡之最晚可接受時間，請在付款頁面註明飯店或Airbnb名稱、完整郵寄地址以及預訂確認號碼（如果適用）

啟用流程：

  • 只需插入手機，並打開設定中的數據漫遊，即可開始使用SIM卡

手動啟用

  • 如果啟用後3分鐘仍無法正常使用，請按照以下步驟手動設置：
  • iOS：設定 > 行動數據 > APN > 輸入"ctm-mobile" > 插入SIM卡 > 重新啟動
  • Android：設定 > 數據 > APN > 選擇新的APN並輸入"ctm-mobile " > 插入SIM卡 > 重新啟動

  • The date you selected in the calendar is the latest date you expect to receive the SIM card. Indicate your complete mailing address and hotel or Airbnb name, along with the confirmation number (if applicable) upon check out
  • No tracking number will be provided for deliveries to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Please indicate your full address at checkout. The operator will only contact you when the delivery address cannot be located
  • If SIM cards to be mailed to other cities in Mainland China, you can directly book Beijing package to fill out the address in other cities except for Xinjiang and Tibet upon checkout

  • If you are experiencing connectivity issues after 3 mintues, please follow the instructions below:

  • Android: Settings > Data > APN > Select new APN and enter “internet” > Insert SIM card > Reboot

  • All SIM cards have a maximum of 3GB or 5GB consummable data within 3, 5, 7, or 14 days, depending on the selected package. Internet speeds will drop at 256kbps with unlimited data once all volume allocation has been used up
  • SIM card will be sent out within 2 business days after purchase. Please refer to the expected delivery time
  • If you wish to have the SIM card delivered to any major city in Mainland China, you must book the Beijing package and fill out your address upon check out. Please note that deliveries to Xinjiang and Tibet will not be possible
