- Oversized and Extra Luggage Policy: Each passenger may only bring 1 standard size suitcase and 1 carry-on item. No single piece of baggage or property weighing in excess of fifty (50) pounds will be accepted for transportation.If you will be bringing special luggage or odd-shaped baggage such as baby strollers, wheelchairs, sports equipment, musical instruments, etc., it is highly recommended that you book a private transfer Likewise, a private transfer will be required for passengers have an excessive amount of checked luggage or multiple large boxes. Passenger will be required to pay the difference in cash between the cost of private ride service and net rate of Klook issuing voucher. Extra fees may apply for oversized and extra luggage. Passenger with oversized or extra luggage will be required to pay the Oversized and Extra Luggage fees in cash at the counter.
- Holidays and Late Hours Fee: You must pay the holidays and late hours fee to your driver in cash. USD20 per reservation between 11:00pm and 6:00am / USD10 per reservation on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day (May 27), July 4, Labor Day (September 2), Thanksgiving Eve, and Thanksgiving Day. If your reservation is between 11:00pm and 6:00am on a holiday, then the surcharge is USD30
