- Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 32in (80cm x 40cm x 40cm), and cannot weigh more than 30kg
- Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack, or bag (briefcase). Please note that sports equipment, wheelchairs, and other non-bag materials have to be under 100x100cm

- 如預訂飯店寄件行李運送服務，於飯店櫃台寄件時間不一定為司機取件時間，可先行拍照行李與領據後離開飯店
- 如行李不符法律規定，即便成功下單，供應商仍將拒絕提供行李運送服務，請自行承擔所有損失、法律責任及相關後果
- 請於取件時檢查確認行李，如有任何問題，請當場拍照並向客服人員回報。行李一經確認即視為服務已完成，供應商無需承擔後續責任
- 行李保險承保因延誤、遺失或損毀衍生之相關費用，但不包含行李把手或輪子損毀、住宿或機票等相關費用

- Please do not keep prohibited items in the airport in your luggage
- For customers who are staying at an Airbnb affiliated properties, the operator will contact you to reconfirm the pick up and drop off time
- Customers will receive full refunds from the operator for 20 mintues late deliveries
- Please read carefully the pick up and drop off information before booking
- Luggage delivery service is within Hoi An City only
