- Trip duration: 11 hours
- Please note: Pick up services are not available for this route. Please arrange for your own transportation to the departure point at the Siem Reap Giant Ibis boarding terminal or Sihanoukville Giant Ibis boarding terminal and be there 30 minutes before your scheduled departure
- The bus is not accessible to wheelchairs and strollers, however, they can be stored in the compartment
- If any of the buses break down mid-trip that requires a change of bus causing 2+ hours delay, ticket will be fully refunded
- Failure to arrive at the specified departure time will be considered a no-show and no refunds shall be provided
