- 如行李不符法律規定，即便成功下單，供應商仍將拒絕提供行李運送服務，請自行承擔所有損失、法律責任及相關後果
- 請於取件時檢查確認行李，如有任何問題，請當場拍照並向客服人員回報。行李一經確認即視為服務已完成，供應商無需承擔後續責任
- Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 32in (length and width should be a total of 180cm), and cannot weigh more than 30kg
- Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack or bag (briefcase). Please note that sports equipment, wheelchairs, and other non-bag materials have to be under 100 x 100 cm
- Please do not keep prohibited items with airport regulations in the luggage
- Upon checkout, just drop off your luggage at the front desk of your hotel and the operator will come to pick up the luggage. Please remember to take a photo of the luggage and storage receipt before leaving the hotel
- An amount of VND22,000,000 luggage insurance will cover relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include baggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
- For customers who are staying at an AirBnB, the operator will contact and reconfirm the pick up and drop off time
- Customers will receive full refunds from the operator for late delivery
- Please read carefully the pick up and drop off time before booking
