行程簡介 Day1:蘭州集合 Day2:蘭州-劉家峽黃洮交匯-米拉日巴佛閣-美仁大草原合作（車程約300KM，約5.5小時） Day3:合作-江迭公路-達日觀景臺-扎尕那仙女灘漫步（車程約160KM，約4小時） Day4:扎尕那日出花湖溼地-若爾蓋草原-九曲黃河唐克（車程約200KM，約4小時） Day5:唐克-郎木寺-賽赤寺-格爾底寺-納摩大峽谷碌曲（車程約200KM，約3.5小時） Day6:碌曲-桑科草原-拉卜楞寺-蘭州（車程約330KM，約5小時） 行程結束當天預計下午17:00左右到達蘭州西站解散 乘坐高鐵/火車返回:建議提前購買18:30以後的車次 乘坐飛機返回:建議提前購買20:00以後的航班
