A charming outpost of Switzerland in this Far-Eastern city, Chesa has been a cherished gathering place for three generations of Hong Kong diners and a haven for lovers of raclette and cheese fondue. Originally designed to evoke a cosy Alpine chalet – “chesa” means “inn” in the Swiss Romansch dialect – it still offers the same relaxed and welcoming environment that it did when it opened in 1965.
