— Important Information — ‧Our company only provides aquatic recreation insurance. If you require other types of insurance, please purchase them yourself. ‧You will be notified of the exact meeting time and location one day before the activity. ‧In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons, you will be notified one day before the activity as to whether the tour will proceed as scheduled. ‧The fee includes a non-prescription mask and snorkel. If you are nearsighted, it is recommended that you wear disposable contact lenses (prescription masks can be rented for an additional fee). ‧During the activity, the instructor will assist with taking photos and videos, but is not a professional photographer. There is no set number of photos. If you have any specific poses or scenes you would like to capture, please let us know in advance (a cloud download link will be provided within three days after the activity). ‧Activity highlights will be used for Lang Yu advertising. If you do not wish to be featured, please notify us by message before the activity (failure to notify us before the activity will be considered as “consent”). ‧If you have any questions during the activity, please inform the staff immediately. No refunds will be given for any disputes after the activity has ended. ‧Lai Qu North Sea Fishing tours will proceed with a minimum of 8 participants (excluding baby套餐). You will be notified three days before the activity as to whether the tour will proceed. If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will assist in arranging for other dates or combined tours. ‧Land tours only provide motorcycle free rides and Dive South Sea-Augmented reality , with no guided tours or photography (please inform us in advance if you require a guided tour). ‧With the exception of chartered boats, Lang Yu reserves the right to assign and arrange instructors. ‧Drinking water is provided for boat diving activities. You are welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks on board. ‧Lang Yu reserves the right to adjust some activities due to weather and safety considerations. The order of activity adjustments is as follows: Lai Qu North Sea Fishing → Dive South Sea (Dive to the Max) → Half-Day Lavender → Half-Day Magong Secret Realm → Magong Island - Snorkeling/Free Diving Experience. ‧As the toilets on board are small, it is recommended that you change into your swimwear beforehand, bring a towel, and do not apply sunscreen or use marine-friendly products. ‧Please use the equipment with care (do not change or take other people’s equipment during the activity). If any damage or loss is found, you will be required to pay compensation at the original price. ‧Please take good care of your personal belongings during the activity. Our company is not responsible for safekeeping. ‧Please report 10 minutes in advance and bring your identification or passport to verify your identity. ‧The activity will start on time. In order to avoid affecting the rights and interests of other guests, you will not be able to participate in the activity if you are late and no refund will be given. ☞Free for children under 6 years old (baby套餐), please read the following carefully ‧Born after 2020 ‧The headcount is not included in the minimum number of participants for the tour to proceed. ‧The activity only includes the boat seat, and does not include lunch, land tour equipment (island motorcycle, Dive South Sea AR), aquatic recreation insurance, water equipment, instructor ratio, GOPRO photography ‧Free personnel must be accompanied by at least one adult parent on board. The coach and captain are not professional nannies, so we are not responsible for any questions. ‧Because there is no water recreation insurance, please bear the risk of going into the water during the activity. No lunch or motorcycle is provided, you can purchase it from local operators.
