- Please choose a vehicle that can accurately accommodate your group size upon booking. The operator reserves the right to request guests to book an additional cab in cases where the size of your traveling party does not fit your chosen vehicle on the day of travel
- Driver can speak basic English only
- Each vehicle can only contain up to the recommended number of passengers and luggage. The operator may suggest to change to another vehicle if you have excessive luggage

- Arrival Transfers: The driver will wait up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. Any additional waiting time will incur an additional surcharge of THB300 per hour past the 30-minute grace period, to be paid in cash (THB) directly to the driver
- Departure Transfers: The driver will wait up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. Any additional waiting time will incur an additional surcharge of THB300 per hour past the 30-minute grace period, to be paid in cash (THB) directly to the driver
