- Travelers will need to go down the bus with their luggage and go through immigration at Shenzhen Bay Port
- After immigration, please proceed to the bus parking points No. 4 and 5 en route Shenzhen; No. 19 en route Hong Kong

- Please note: We strongly recommend guests to book their trips in advance as there are only a small number of buses covering long-distance routes
- If you wish to book a certain departure time, please contact the Trans-Island hotline at least one day in advance to place your reservation

櫃檯工作人員一點都沒有幫助對我來說，告訴客戶持續時間是常識，但是除非您詢問，櫃檯工作人員不會這樣做，這家巴士公司的CS也是一個玩笑持續時間太長，乘車時間接近4 2.5個小時的VS乘船時間和1.5個小時的高速鐵路
