Admission arrangement (Terms & conditions)

• The tickets sales have received overwhelming response before the event even started. To ensure the security and comfort of all the visitors, due to the limited venue capacity, tickets will not be sold on-site at the venue. Visitors are requested to purchase their tickets online in advance.
• Maximum of 4 tickets that can be purchased in each transaction.
• Exhibition reservations are made for the date and timeslot selected at the time of purchase. Once the reservation time slot is confirmed, it cannot be changed. Each admission QR code is valid on the specified session and can be used once only.
• Admission requires a QR code (which is attached to your electronic ticket). No physical tickets will not be issued.
• Please arrive on the specified date and time. The admission wristbands and gifted items will be available for collection at the entrance of “100% Manga Art Exhibition Hall” 30 minutes prior to the selected time-slot, and will not be provided 5 minutes before the selected time-slot. Visitors who miss the collection time or are unable to enter on the specified day and time will be denied entry. The QR code will be voided without any compensation.
• Visitors will first be arranged to visit the "100% Doraemon Manga Art Exhibition Hall", with a visiting time of 45 minutes. Afterwards, visitors can visit the "100% Doraemon Sculpture Park" at the designated time, for 30 minutes. Please follow the visiting time limit. Visitors who miss the time or are unable to enter within the specified time will be denied entry. The admission wristbands will be voided without any compensation.
• To allow more visitors to enjoy the show and to provide a better visiting experience, we may conduct venue clearance as deemed necessary. Please follow our staff's instructions for the arrangement orderly.
• Storage service is not available.

Points to note

• Please arrive on time for your registered session.
• Please do not bring large baggage (Suitcase bags, boxes, and luggage larger than 55 x 35 x 20 cm; monopods, tripods, folding chairs, stools, etc.). Visitors may visit the Far East Storage Locker (K11 MUSEA) to store the personal belongings.
• Upon entry to the "100% Manga Art Exhibition Hall", the "General Admission" electronic ticket holders will be gifted a "100% DORAEMON & FRIENDS" acrylic pin (non-sale item) randomly. (One of the eight acrylic pins, excluding the "Anywhere Door" & "Comic-Writer-Doraemon" pins)
• Upon entry to the "100% Manga Art Exhibition Hall", the "Premium Set" electronic ticket holders will be gifted a "100% DORAEMON & FRIENDS" acrylic pin set of 8 (non-sale item) & a sticker set (non-sale item).
• The ticket holder is responsible for keeping the admission wristband safe. Lost, damaged, or defaced wristbands will not be reissued.
• To protect your rights, please do not purchase electronic tickets from third parties. The organizer reserves the right to decline entry of any ticket purchased from unauthorized sources.
• Once the online registration is successfully completed, changes or refunds are not permitted. By completing the registration process, the ticket holder agrees to pay the specified transaction amount. Refusal to pay the transaction fee for any reason is not permitted.
• The ticket holder is responsible for keeping the electronic ticket (QR Code) safe. Lost, damaged, or defaced tickets will not be reissued. Any unauthorized alteration, photocopying, printing, scanning, or replication of the ticket is strictly prohibited and will render the ticket invalid. The QR code is valid for once. Do not share or disclose the QR codes to others.
• In accordance with the "Prevention of Copyright Piracy Ordinance", certain exhibition areas are strictly prohibited from photography, filming, and recording. Failure to comply may result in criminal prosecution. Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff.
• Visitors are only allowed to watch the animation once in the "100% Mini Theatre" of the "100% Doraemon Manga Art Exhibition Hall", no re-entry is allowed.
• Some artworks have strong lighting and loud audio effects that may cause momentary discomfort. Visitors should ensure that their health conditions are suitable for visiting the exhibition. Please inform our staff immediately if you are not feeling well.
• To create the atmosphere of the exhibition, the “100% Doraemon Manga Art Exhibition Hall” environment is dimly lit. All visitors, especially the elderlies and pregnant women, should be cautious when walking in the venue or interacting with the exhibits. If you need any assistance, please contact our staff.
• The opening hours of the exhibition may be affected by the weather or special business hours of K11 MUSEA. In the event of the issuance of a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, "Extreme Conditions", or inclement weather, the exhibition will be temporarily closed. Please refer to the official social media of the organizer for the latest arrangement.
• The “100% Doraemon Sculpture Park” venue is an outdoor space susceptible to weather conditions. Visitors should be aware of high temperatures, inclement weather, slippery floors, strong winds, etc. Visitors must ensure that their health conditions are suitable for visiting the exhibition.
• Free admission is granted to children aged 3 or below. Any child (aged 12 below) must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or above) when entering the exhibition.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of AllRightReserved (the organizer) shall be final.
