Absolutely enjoyed the friendly staff and the accomodations fit my needs perfectly. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed meeting and chatting with Neon every morning while having fresh roasted coffee. Would visit again and again.

Couldn't have got any closer to the train unless I was physically on the tracks.

The staff felt kinda hostile. Don't plan on returning there.

Beautiful area

女の1人旅行で2泊しました。レビューでモーテルと書いていたので少し心配でしたが余計な心配でした。 まず建物自体は築年数を感じるもののお部屋は綺麗に保たれており、駅近でホテルの近くにコンビニが2つ、最寄駅にはロッテマート、手軽に安く泊まる場所として私としては最適だと感じました。 1番感動したのはスタッフの方々の対応です。ペダル民族でご飯を注文した際に、間違えてデリバリーではなく現地受け取りにしてしまったのですが、状況のわからない私に対して翻訳アプリを通して教えてくれ、最終的に店舗へ車で受け取りに行ってくださいました。 これはホテルのサービスというよりかは、スタッフの方々の人柄によるものだったと思っています(皆さんずっと笑顔で話しかけやすかったです)。また韓国へ1人旅行をする際には泊まらせていただきたいなと思うほど温かい対応でした。韓国大好き！！

Staff always welcoming, very understanding with arrival from incheon airport. The non-smoking room is nice and clean, AC works great especially during hot seasons, it's relatively quiet from the background noise outside such as the trains passing by. There isn't much of a view from the window but if that doesn't bother you its a solid option to stay. The location of the hotel is near the station and underground subway so it is very accessible. There are plenty of nearby convenient store, cafe and restaurant in the area and there's also the lotte department store which is at the station. Would recommend as a budget traveller.

31 Page is in a convenient location for getting to other areas in Seoul. The room was clean and comfortable. It is next to the train lines, but I wasn't particularly bothered by noise. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to sleep with cool decor.
