A great home base for a cycling trip. The rooms were very clean and modern and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was a convenient and secure bike storage room in the garage with local bike services nearby. The many routes as detailed by the Centrum RVV all originate at the doorstep of the hotel. It was a very warm week in Belgium, so it was wonderful to relax with a drink on their backyard patio where there was both ample shade and a nice breeze. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Oudenaarde!

Great location for the town centre. Serves a good breakfast and plenty of space to relax in the bar.

Our favourite hotel in town. Lovely staff, super helpful, good English spoken, rooms are clean quiet and comfortable. Easy parking and a nice walk by the waterside or a short stroll into town square. Good breakfast. Nice bar. Recently refurbished meeting rooms and so on.

Second time staying here & overall another positive experience. It's a great hotel, with excellent facilities if you are a cyclist and with a perfect location in Oudenaarde. Only downside on this visit, we stayed 3 nights & the room was serviced but no coffee, milk etc replenished. Also the fire alarm went off in the night and people were evacuating themselves, no staff available to help or explain. Then after standing outside for 10 minutes the alarms stopped. Still no staff explanation. Not very good if there was indeed a fire!!
