Property needs improvement very cozy location small size rooms.

Bedsheets were not in a good condition also very less amenities and not a good customer service! Someone would live here because it’s conveniently located near Visa Embassy!

I recently stayed at HOTEL BKC CROWN in Mumbai for two nights with my family and had an exceptional experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, ensuring a smooth check-in. The hotel’s unique blend of modern amenities and rustic charm created a cozy, inviting atmosphere. My room was clean, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views. We highly recommend HOTEL BKC CROWN in Mumbai

I had gone for Visa purpose. The hotel was just 300 mtrs from visa center. Friendly hotel staff. Ready to assist as and when required. Transportation available at entrance of the building. Clean room and toilet.

The property is on a slum dwelling area, very agressive people arround, very dirty surrounding,area stinks of flith. The property claim parking but no parking. I had to keep my car on the road at the mercy of all elements.

This place is very dirty. Most of the room windows are broken and none of the rooms are clean. Very very dirty and it smells horrible here. Didn’t have electricity in the room when checked in. It was warm and nasty. Avoid this place and go somewhere else.

Worst service worst environment and worst staff I did not expect what I expected before.
