I have booked for 3persons for 2 days but hotel people not provided extra bed for 3rd person, and at the time of checkout we asked for refund for not providing extra bed they not refunded and answered very casual.

hotel staff are too good. but the room is not worth for the amount which I have paid Rs.7100 and I have paid 7100 for room where they hotel people have given bill for 5200. and totally disappointed.

Rooms well clean. Seems the staff do their best but since
the hotel requires a lot of maintenance almost everywhere, the cleanliness becomes a shadow.
