The upgraded private room was clean but would dox a point for the clogged toilet. The furniture in the lobby needed deep cleaning. The staff were alright could be friendlier it felt forced or you had to initiate at times.

Was a great experience. Met people from all over the world. Came for the military air show so there was plenty to do and talk about. Super cool and helpful staff.

The entire property was very clean. I stayed for a week and the entire time the staff was very helpful and friendly. The air conditioning in the room was great.

Great place to stay with a GREAT location. I enjoyed all 4 bars the hotel had to offer and the restaurant was good!

WARNING! Don’t stay here. AC and power was not working and immediately I requested a refund to stay at a different place. Upon speaking to the front, they agreed to issue me a refund (which after a WEEK they haven’t approved and issued it yet as I may not even get this back) Much better places in Miami to stay than this.

This is an exellent location & price located right behind the Versace Mansion.

One of the best hotspots in the world. Way more amenities than you need makes it an upscale hostel, lol, but slight problem: The room floors can get your feet black, and the bathroom in the three days I was there was never clean. Just don't forget to pack sandals.

It was cool. I was expecting a hotel. But this was fine. Not shady, but I just was not expecting to share my room. But everyone was nice
