The property is quite outdated but the staff were helpful and it was adequate for our one night stay.

Very large room, but very hot, no air cooling. Staff were brilliant, really helpful and friendly. Lovely grounds and amenities and good location

The hotel is a lovely old Victorian building, the gardens could do with a tidy up especially round the back of the property where there are tables and chairs, the chairs are very old and need replacing Inside the room there is a soap dispenser in the bath but it’s positioned where it’s in the way when your having a shower, I cut my arm and drew blood on the very sharp edges The Bed sheets smelt musty Apart from that we had a nice one night stay, with ample car parking which is often a problem in some hotels Nice restaurant with a good buffet breakfast

Decent hotel on the IOW. Not the cleanest, not the best, but good value for money.

Staff were brilliant, food good, whole place needs a bit of a face lift

The room was a good size and everything was clean and cleaned every day. We found all the staff including the night porter very helpful. The hotel is in a good location for the beach and bus stops around the island.

Room was basic . Was not cleaned or tided during 2 night stay . Coffee and milk not replaced . Got woken early in morning 2am with the sound of cleaning down stairs . Slightly noisy as my room was by the stairs . Saying that it was cheap so good value for money and it served its purpose for me . Staff were friendly and helpful .
