Too good

There is no air conditioning nor is there a fan in the room. There was only an air purifier which did not cool the room down. Towels are not changed nor is there any house keeping. The laundry facilities are a mess. Disappointed. Location was good though

No reception desk at all. All guest comes clueless as to how to check in. Only a push button to dial but do not pick up on first attempt. There should be a clear communication on how to check in specially guests are from all over the world and age who do not know local language or carry local phone

The room is really cool, its by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. I love how there’s a mini kitchen where we can cook. It’s close to the Old Town City too, that’s a plus.

Really loved this place, the room was big enough and very technological. It’s also close to the city center you can go there walking and it takes like 30 mins or take a tram that takes like 8 minutes.

Lo repetiría siempre que viaje a Suiza y no solamente a Berna, ya que conocí interlaken desde Berna a través del tren súper cómodo y eficiente. Recomiendo también el Swiss travel pass. Dejé este apartamento para hacer dos días en hotel de spiez y me arrepeiento.

The property is modern, well-furnished, and manned by helpful people. It is an ideal sanctuary for short stays. I highly recommend the place.

Decent stay in a nice neighbourhood of Bern. Room was clean, however noisy constructions were happening which disturbed our sleep. Room had cool technology but sometimes it got in the way of functionality

We had requested a king bed, but two single beds were given and the environment there was very cold

You must have a phone or internet in order to check in. Very inconvenient for international travelers. There is no reception. No one physically present. Internet was an issue during the stay. On and off (mostly off) during the whole stay. Best bed ever. We had a twin and requested a change to king. It was fine immediately. The mattress topper was amazing. Excellent linen and pillows. Room was good though there were some minor finishing touches.
