I only stayed one night. The staff was nice enough to upgrade me to a better room than the one I had booked simply because it was available. Great location.

Lots shops near by

An excellent, well-located hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi.

Very good location in the Hanoi old quarter. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Booked twice in this hotel. Highly recommended!

Staff are very helpful, kind and nice. Easy access to shop, salon, restaurant, transportation, night market, beer street, lake, church, room are very cleaned. They let us left our luggage for couple days while we are in sapa for free. Highly recommended! Specially Flower one of there staff, she even help us to put our luggage in the car.

Staff were friendly, location is perfect, room was fine but be aware there is no window. Please add a safe to each room. I would stay again. Thanks

Great location, no hot water in the morning. Average facilities

Nice hotel in the Old Quarter. The staff is very nice and has breakfast too.

It’s Okay for an overnight short period of time to get some rest and go. It’s in good location convenience for everything. The room is very small just enough for a queen bed place tightly to one side wall, no walking space for get out the bed.
