Excellent staff—very welcoming and accommodating. Everything was clean, and the service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a little bit of luxury while staying close to the hub, with fabulous staff and great amenities.

After 15 days travelling across China — including Shanghai, Beijing, Chongqing, and Sanya — we stayed for two nights at The Westin Istanbul Nişantaşı on our way back to London. Our first impression was positive. We arrived early in the morning, well before the official 3pm check-in time, and the gentleman at reception kindly arranged an early check-in for us. This was genuinely appreciated after a long journey. The hotel’s location in Nişantaşı is also excellent. However, based on our extensive experience of staying in luxury hotels worldwide over the past 30 years, I have to be honest — this property does not meet true 5-star luxury standards, especially considering the price. During this same trip, we stayed at several high-end properties in China, including Mandarin Oriental Pudong Shanghai, InterContinental Beijing Sanlitun, Conrad Chongqing, and Sofitel resorts in Sanya. All of these hotels offered a noticeably higher level of quality, often at a lower price point (under €200 per night for club-level rooms with breakfast). In comparison, The Westin Istanbul Nişantaşı was the most expensive stay of our trip (over €220 per night), yet delivered the lowest overall value. The breakfast was disappointing — the selection was limited, and several items were cold and lacking in quality. The room itself did not feel like a luxury product. The interior finishes, pillows, towels, and bathroom amenities were all below what one would expect from a true 5-star hotel. While there

My stay at the Westin was absolutely amazing! From the helpful staff, to the cleanliness of the rooms, to the wide array of breakfast selections, it was all very satisfying! Given that I had no Turkish knowledge, the staff were so helpful and willing to direct me each day and help make my plans go more smoothly than expected. One of the guest concierge staff, Ilker, was the most helpful; he checked in on us everyday and gave as the best pointers for the area, making sure that we were getting the best bang for our buck! I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay at the Westin if they are visiting Istanbul; besides the service, the location is perfect for eatery, public transit and local shopping!

It is nearby all marects and services, really cool place. Surrounded with all coffee shops anf Turkish breakfast lounges.

Our 3 day stay was really comfortable. The bed and pillows were great, everything was clean and the breakfast options were plentiful. The hotel is very centrally located in Şişli. The gym was spacious and well equipped.

The staff from the bellboys to front desk to breakfast staff were fabulous! The room was very comfortable. As I travel for business, myself or one of my team members will be back!
