I got there at 5:30am and accept my arrival without charging me anything. Breakfast was simple but delicious and fresh. Room was clean. On the other hand, the water of the shower was cold so you have to let the water running between 5 and 10 minutes to get warm. When you know it, it’s less dramatic! Some night we’re noisy because the music of a bar close by; but I had ear plugs so I didn’t suffer too much!

They gave me early check-in and late check-out at no additional cost. There are no minibars in the rooms, but I was able to use the hotel's refrigerator to store perishable food.
Excellent location. The staff was very attentive.

極佳 Fernando y Fabian que trabajan en recepción gente muy amable y te hacen sentir como en familia si vuelvo a Arequipa volvere ahi. El desayuno el mejor.5 estrellas en todo. Gracias por su atencion.

I do not recommend.
Property is in a state of disrepair, nothing is in condition for a stay. Doors, doors looks, showers, toilets no in good condition. The hotel has a bar or the bar has a hotel in it???
There is a lot of noise and the music is very loud all day long. I asked them to turn down the music and they said no.
