Great place to stay and so much easier to check in than a hotel. Awesome location in Charlotte and I wish I was there longer to take advantage of all the restaurants that were within walking distance.

All electronic check-in with codes. Kept me up to date with texting. Easy to contact live person. New furnishings. Nicely stocked kitchenette. Outside monitoring. Safe, residential neighborhood with lots of eating options in few block walking distance - restaurants , ice cream, grocery store, gas station, even dog grooming. Plenty of parking in nice lot right outside door, but definitely tell them if you have a car. I suspect the lot can fill up in busy season.
