Our stay at the Chania Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary! The hotel is impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located—everything you could want for a stay in Chania.
But what truly set this experience apart was the incredible staff, especially Demos. From start to finish, Demos went above and beyond in every way imaginable—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. He continuously anticipated our needs and made sure our stay was perfect. His dedication and warmth made us feel like we were staying with family rather than at a hotel.
We also had amazing interactions with Nadia from the breakfast team, who was kind and welcoming, and Maximus at the front desk, who was always helpful and professional.
If you want a hotel where you feel truly cared for, in a pristine and convenient location, Chania Hotel is it—and Demos makes it unforgettable!

Very comfortable and beautiful stay. Excellent location! Great shower room. Comfortable bed. Amazing breakfast. Stay here is one of the highlights of the trip. Highly recommend.
The only note is the room I had was decent size, not spacious but good enough to put luggages.
