What a fantastic little hotel in Mirissa. The fresh fruit selection at breakfast was amazing. Waking up in a four-poster bed and stepping onto a balcony overlooking the beach and coconut trees was an absolute joy. The pool was lovely, and from the balcony you could even see Coconut Tree Hill. The location is perfect—within walking distance of Coconut Tree Hill, Mirissa Beach, as well as plenty of restaurants, shops, and spas. Tuk-tuks are easy to find if you want to explore further, but honestly, everything you need is just around the corner. Lastly, the staff were incredibly attentive, especially Damith, who looked after us so well. Thank you so much.

Rooms were clean with an amazing view! Small hotel, in a good location with friendly and helpful staff! Breakfasts were fantastic.

Great location, clean and spacious rooms. Very good breakfast with fresh fruit , fresh juice and eggs any way you like them. We booked the sea view room and was spectacular. Very nice pool, with nice loungers and umbrellas. Staff was super helpful.

Staff is lovely they want to help all the time. They helped us to have a good vegan breakfast. The place is super clean and i like the location as it is by the coast but not right in the busy area.you can walk to the main beach or take a tuktuk

The staff was outstanding, working very hard in a hot humid part of the world to pack our luggage up stairs and cook our breakfasts. Speaking of breakfast.... yum. It starts with coffee a local fruit plate, a fruit smoothie, eggs and toast, then bananna crepes. Lively. Our room was lively with canopy beds and amazing views. A nice small hotel with outstanding staff. Well done! , a fruit plate

We booked a room for 3 adults and paid extra and unfortunately the bed we were provided was terrible not suitable for a child let alone and adult… the property should not be advising the option of three adults in a room. Otherwise the property was nice. Close to Cocunut hill and about 15 mins to walk to town. Luckily Dimat working in the restaurant saved the property! He greeted us every morning with a big smile on his face…. Nothing was ever a problem he is an amazing asset to the property

The Seaview room had a beautiful view and we enjoyed spending time on the balcony. The staff were very friendly and the room and hotel were clean.
