Fantastic point in mid town Muscat

Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was also super fresh and tasty too - set us up for our days exploring! Free car parking and bottled water provided. Swimming pool is nice after a hot day in the sun. Towels provided.

Nice attentive staff, comfortable rooms, good gym and nice pools. Good location

This is a good value hotel in a convenient location - with easy driving access to Muscat airport, city centre, beaches and Al Mouj harbour. There is a large mall and numerous Asian restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean, well managed and well maintained. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was a highlight - lots of choice for breakfast. We had the evening buffet and found it was good value with many options. The rooftop pool was welcome after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good value base while exploring Muscat and the surrounding area.

Staff is very nice.

Was an ok stay- booked this property due to it advertising the valet parking but when we got there was no such thing and underground car park always full and street parking was paid unless we found a back street parking which was hit and miss.

Front desk staff hopeless. The rest of staff courteous and helpful. The one’s who stood out were Ali, Amal and Jaffa the chef. We arrived around 7.30AM and front desk said we couldn’t check in till 2PM without paying extra 10OMR. I explained we were Gold level members of hotels.com, and would appreciate consideration. we were reduced to sleeping in coffee shop. On 3 further occasions I approached the desk three more times during the morning including on duty manager, but staff couldn’t care less. Eventually 5 OMR and 3 hours later let into our room. Front desk displayed complete disdain. It was a shame front desk were trained so poorly as the rest of the staff were excellent as was the pool etc. front desk needs training in customer relations. Hotel great, staff excellent with exception of front desk and duty manager.
