I was slightly disappointed with my stay here. While I did notice and understand that they are doing some renovations, I was unimpressed by the state of my room when I walked in. The room is spacious and not bad, but it was very clearly not cleaned well prior to my arrival. The inside of the fridge was gross with spills and food remnants. The floors seemed dirty and so was the bathroom. The mirror wasn't even clean and had splatter on it. There was no bar of soap or hand soap bottle which I found to be odd. The bathroom window was open when I came in and it was freezing in the room. The window also didn't have any sort of latch or lock just slide close. As a young woman staying alone I didn't feel the most secure to be honest. They also had just installed a keypad lock system which is fine, but I noticed there was no secondary latch for the inside of the room which I feel like is a safety concern as well. The girl who checked me in was friendly, but overall this was an odd experience. I never have much expectation when staying at a motel, but I feel like this lacked some very basic necessities in any sort of hospitality stay. I am not sure if there was breakfast or anything included here but I was given no information at all. I am glad that the TV was working. I would highly recommend the following things to improve customer satisfaction with their stay: -Providing hand soap and towels -Better cleanliness -Locks on windows and doors -New mattress or topper -Extra sheets

The breakfast was good, service was quick. The only complaint was that when we asked if we needed reservations for supper they said no but did not mention the restaurant closed at 6. We went over at 7:30 pm then noticed the sign, there was nothing else open in the town unfortunately

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast at the restaurant. Simple, clean, affordable stay. Room had a small fridge and microwave.

Simple rooms, hot shower, very friendly staff. Restaurant is conveniently close.

basic motel in a small town. good value for the money. Bed and linins were quite good. Fridge was large and new. Surprisingly good view out the back window. I didn't use the restaurant but my co-workers liked it. Sound transmission between rooms was bad. Fortunately my nieghbour was quiet and didn't snore - you can hear EVERYTHING. You have to spend a few bucks and sound proof the dividing walls. Also the water is dirty , the colour of tea and leaves a residue in the tub. You have to spend some $ on a filter. Fix these 2 glaring problems if you want to succeed.

Very decent place for the money. Where can you stop for $100?

Bathroom was the best part of the room as it looked recently renovated. No fan in the bathroom and bathroom window casements were dirty with spiders and webs. 2/3 electrical outlets in the main bedroom area did not work. The bedding was tattered with rips. Sheets were clean.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room was clean with air conditioning.
