It was a nice location for why I was there but they don’t offer continental breakfast and they charge for everything. They also do not have a shuttle to the airport

The room was clean & the staff was very helpful.
They charged $16/day parking, even the hotel is not in a high density area and the surrounding shopping/restaurants have plenty of free parking spaces,

Before I booked this hotel, it stated that self-parking was available, but it didn’t mention a $16 parking fee. I’ve traveled to Los Angeles many times and have never been charged for hotel parking before. I understand that hotels in downtown areas often charge for parking, but I wasn’t expecting a hotel in the Hacienda Heights/Orange County area to have a parking fee, especially since it wasn’t disclosed before I booked.

My only issue was that we were supposed to get our room serviced every day but it wasn’t. Other than that I really like this hotel.
