No wifi, unable to use TV. Elevator only accommodates 2 people at a time. Hot water took a long time to heat up. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great property and fabulous staff

Never got clean towels. Only got hot water in the sink if you turned the faucet to the left for about 2-3 minutes. The earlier you took a shower the hotter the water. Around 7:30 the water was lukewarm. The staff were great. They were helpful, accommodating and friendly.

Had to let the water run for a few mins to let the shower get warm/hot. Did not get clean towels everyday. There’s no card-key for the hotel rooms, only a standard metal key that is frustrating to open the door with and lock.

I really enjoyed the hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean and cosy. The shower had hot water and it was also very clean. I was concerned about the water when I arrived at the hotel, due to previous reviews, but the receptionist assured me the problem was fixed, and she wasn't lying

AC did not work, lights did not work!! Just overall a terrible hotel room, just felt dirty! Waste of money

It's a basic hotel, 15-20 minute walk from Roma Termini central station and to the center of Rome. The room is small, but it has a comfortable double bed, a mini fridge, good AC, TV and a kettle. Cleaning was provided every day. They were able to accommodate me an extra night, which I appreciated very much. The only drawback was that the walls are very thin and you can hear everybody in their rooms and corridor.

Location good, front desk yelled at us after we had coordinated with them earlier to checkin after 10pm.

There’s no lobby because there’s construction everywhere that I wasn’t informed about and I was breathing in spores. The staff were really friendly but I checked out and stayed somewhere else because I literally couldn’t breathe inside and a few things in the room weren’t working.

Rossella was extremely kind when I had to change my arrival plans. she texted me and helped me out. Accommodation was very clean. I will definitely go back there.
