They don't disclose additional charges. During check in they didn't explain if there will be extra charges. Money will be taken out of the card provided to them 2 days AFTER checkout and when you call to ask Springhill about the additional charges they simply respond that they charge everyone. But they never explained additional charges during check in. They wait until you leave 2 days later then charge you for little petty things.

極佳 Although a little aged and in need of update this hotel is very convenient to the airport and has a free shuttle back and forth. Room was clean and well appointed. Had plenty of water in the fridge. I would stay here again.

The hotel was nice yet there was a strong mildew smell in the lobby and we could not find a room that smelled okay on the 4th floor. The staff was very nice and let me smell different rooms. I ended up with a 5th floor room right next to the elevator, but it was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was good, but we did not feel we could use the pool because of the strong odor.
