Very nice staff

Hermoso lugar! De ensuenos!

The hotel was as described. None of the reviews I read before booking said it was an uphill walk on cobblestone streets and cobblestone stairs from Plaza de Armes. Although it is close, it took nearly an hour with rest stops to catch my breath at the high altitude to get back to the hotel. Although it said 24 hour free airport shuttle they arranged a taxi for us but we had to pay for the service.

They descripción of the hotel are definitely not like in the pictures I had to ask to change my room because they didn’t assign the one I pay for , when they change the room one was ok the other was terrible , extremely cold , there was gap between the door with a glass I i couldn’t sleep because they light were on an off ever Half an hour and i could heard everything was going. Not great Also the location was not accurate i specifically rent this place because they said its was 7 min away from the center but it was on top of the city super hard to get to . I had to uber because I was super hard to walk back . Staff was nice but wull Definitely not back

The property was difficult to navigate, it has so many floors inside, it’s like a labyrinth, I booked the hotel from the US but charged me as local with 18% taxes which foreigners are exempt. The stuff did not communicate that people needed to pay for oxygen and other electric appliances and when it was the moment to check out, they charge you. The place was ok but the bathrooms were in bad shape. The clean the rooms every day thought. The staff was nice.

Nice stay with great staff. Breakfast was served individually for me in the morning which was very nice. Noise carries in the building but I was okay.

Excellent! Wonderful staff

The property was very beautiful and located in a great spot to do things around Cusco. The loght in the bathroom didn't work and there was an issue with water leaking onto the floor, but otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

Excellent service! The house is very comfortable and feel like old times. Very nice! Close to Siete Borreguitos! And 10m walk to plaza central. Recommend 💯
