Excellent

Great hotel in a fabulous location with nearby metro stations. Rooms a little small but nothing that can be done about that. Service from all the staff was fantastic.

Huge variety , great hot food,

The hotel is extremely small, the elevator is for 2 people, the air conditioning was broken the first day as well as the phone and nobody notified us about it, the manager told us to leave if we wanted but she couldn’t do anything for us and couldn’t change us to an inside room because we book with Expedia, the rest of the days the air conditioner was supposed to be working but the room never got cool, we had to sleep with the windows open all 7 nights and with the street noise, I let them know and they say the technician check it and say it was okey. I hope people doesn’t book in this super expensive place, to sleep worst than in a hostal. I requested 4 towels at the beginning I only got them the first day, the rest went back to 3, the sofa bed would make horrible noise every time the person sleeping in there would move, so unfortunately our dream trip became a nightmare thanks to this place.

I love staying at this hotel. I’ve stayed there seven times, and each visit has been very pleasant. It’s my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Paris. The staff are always helpful, accommodating, and friendly, and the food at the restaurants is delicious. Highly recommend!

Every member of the staff that I encountered were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast options were very good as well. My room was well appointed and immaculately clean.

Great place.

The hotel was great. We had one problem when we first checked in. The first room had no heat. The staff got us heaters and moved us to another room the next morning. After that the experience was great. The staff is very accommodating. The concierge, Laurent, was amazing!! He booked us everything we needed to see and he got us good price packages with VIP experiences. Perfect!. We had dinner a few times at the restaurant. The bartender was great! He would take our food orders and make sure we’re satisfied with our orders. The breakfast overall was not bad but the dishes need more flavor. If it weren’t for the heat issue, 5 stars all the way!

Room was spotlessly clean, The staff are exceptionally helpful.
