Staff were very friendly and attentive with any issue. Beautiful ocean views and loads of activities to do.

The Mora Hotel is fantastic, offering excellent food, service, beaches, and restaurants. The staff go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The only downside is the beaches—while they are stunning, there's a lot of debris, especially fruit and other waste washed up from the boats, which really detracts from their beauty. Additionally, the beaches aren't very relaxing, as once you enter the water to swim, you're frequently hassled by vendors. I understand this isn't the hotel's fault since it's an island-wide issue, but it did impact my overall experience. Also, both of us fell ill during our stay, which is unusual for me.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were spacious and really decor was nice. The staff were all friendly. They also had a nice gym. The app didn’t work the entire time we were there. Restaurants on the app said booked however we were able to reserve at the front desk. When we got to the restaurants they were very empty each night. Probably because no one could book on the app. They never replaced our towels. We would return to our rooms and dirty towels would be removed but then we had to call the front desk to receive new ones. The food left much to be desired. Almost all of the food was over cooked. We had better meals off the resort. Drinks options on the all inclusive plan were very limited. The pools closed early at 6pm. Even the adult pool.

The most amazing destination in East Africa. Highly Recommend

On it's own away from the outside area, this is an excellent property. The beach can be accessed by others but that is not an issue and the beach traders are not intrusive. Shopping, dining, leasure and activities all catered for on site but trips out can also be organised from within the complex. But the the thing that makes this place are the staff, from the gardening team to head chef, each and every one was courteous, helpful and happy. Well done staff you make this place.

It was amazing stay at the Mora, from the manager Vinay to the other staff like Purni the guest relations manager together with most of the other staff went out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and special. Clean room, great food, you won’t go wrong booking this hotel. The Rajahs
