The hotel needs renovation, rooms old, tubs dirty, the room have an aircondition unit but they said they could not find the remote to turn them on. Terrible appearance! I booked a whole week, but I could not stay in this hotel, I had to pay for another one.

The accommodations were beautiful. It’s different from what I am used to because of no AC, but still a beautiful stay and delightful staff. Ricardo Viñas was so kind and helpful to us, and my wife and I were thankful for his service. Clean, Historical, and beautiful!

Beautiful colonial hacienda right downtown centro with wonderful staff and daily housekeeping. There is a wonderful restaurant, El Candil, in the rear of the building and tranvia tour sales at the front entrance. Prime location in the historical downtown.

Great place to stay didn't like the parking options as there is no parking on site. Other than that a good place to stay

I would appreciate if the front desk had better customer service, better attention to details, we arrived late due to flight delays, the hotel was very dark we could not find our room, i would have expected a little more attention from the front desk people

Noisy with a party until 3 am in the middle of the hotel patio.

Staff was ok, Clean room. the hotel breakfast was not that great. around 20 dlls for 2 persons.

The chapel, the aesthetic of the hotel was amazing and the convenience of walking everywhere but just walking out into downtown Queretaro was amazing
