Room very small and smelt of damp, couldn’t leave the window open as lots of outside noise so had to put up with the stink. TV wasn’t tuned. Bad night’s sleep with people coming and going, smell and room temp

很好 Breakfast was good but limited if you're staying for multiple nights. Diner buffet not used but looked fine. Aircon in the bar/food area was too cold for me, couldn't comfortably have a drink in the evening.

The mattress was hard. When asked for a mattress topper they didn’t know offer or have this as an option.
My room was not cleaned when I was out from 9:15-midnight

Good size room. AC did not cook the room until we called downstairs to turn it up. We had to book due to a canceled flight. I feel it was very pricey compared to other accommodations we have stayed in the UK.
