Amazing staff that made our stay feel so welcome and comfortable. Small and family owned. Everyone knew your name on the first day. Completely different from every other stay in Cancun. Like being in Cancun decades ago, before the massive resort developments. So relaxing. So peaceful.

We stayed at the Punta Blanca Beachfront Hotel for 4-nights and had a great time! The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially Ana Pao, Daniel, and Santiago! The included breakfast was delicious and we had a beautiful view of the ocean when we had breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

My stay at Punta Blanca Boutique Hotel was exactly the kind of intimate, laid-back escape we were looking for—completely different from the big all-inclusive resorts. The property is small, peaceful, and dog-friendly, which made it feel extra special. With a close-knit team of about a dozen staff, you quickly get to know everyone by name—big shoutout to Jaime, Roberto, Edwin, Alvaro, and Hefe at the bar/restaurant. Amazing crew. Breakfast is included and consistently great, with the team going out of their way to keep everything smooth, timely, and welcoming. Their work ethic really stands out and deserves respect. Our cabana was charming, with a dipping pool, balcony, and beach views. There are a few maintenance points like a small AC leak and a very tiny fridge, but nothing that overshadowed the experience. One rainy night brought some water in at the entrance, but sleeping to the sound of waves upstairs was unforgettable. The beach has clearly been impacted by storms/hurricanes, though efforts are underway to preserve it. The area is remote and quiet (4x4 recommended), which we loved, and Isla Blanca nearby was stunning—turquoise, undeveloped, and mostly locals. Overall, Punta Blanca is authentic, peaceful, and far from the “plastic” resort feel. Perfect if you want something real and relaxed, but not for those expecting a typical all-inclusive.

Eveything about this little hidden gem was perfect. The staff hear are absolutely amazing. Best place we stayed in all week!!

Clean and comfortable room, amazing view and property right on the beach with long stretch of white sand. Walked miles every day - past all of the high end hotels. Only downside was only having one restaurant to choose from if you don’t have transportation but we were there for the peace and quiet, the ocean, and the food was great local fare - like home-cooked meals made with care. We stayed 5 days and never got tired of the menu - love, love, love this place and the people!!!
