The website said there was wifi available, but it didn't work well at reception and none in the room. We were also going to have dinner when they said we could come at 9, and they knew we were coming, but when we arrived they told us they were closed due to low activity when they knew we were going to eat. No fridge. Housekeeping at 8 in the morning. Did not look the same as the photos.

Surprising that a hotel that is otherwise excellent does not have internet access except at the front desk. Inconvenient.

Something’s need attention

Nothing at this hotel to dislike! It was an honor to stay there with all the Navajo history that comes with the man Reuben Heflin. What a surprise to find a wonderful restaurant within that was designed by one of his family. Room was excellent, food was exceptional, staff always there and accommodating if need not to mention security actively insuring all is well.

The property was old and needed to be updated. It was clean, but staff was OK.

This hotel was nice and clean. The hotel is dated but well kept. Staff were friendly and the restaurant was also good

No Wi-Fi even tho description says Wi-Fi, out for 2 months! I feel the cost was high considering no microwave, no refrigerator or soap etc in shower, no breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Staff very kind.

Way too overpriced and there was no wifi. Breakfast was more money than what it was worth. This hotel seems like a renovated motel. Although the hotel across the street is more expensive, it is the better option.

Comfortable clean

The room was dingy for the amount of money you’re spending. They only gave us one bar of soap and no conditioner. They said the Internet was being worked on, but I understand it’s been out for many months. The bed was comfortable, and the pool was clean. Those were the only highlights.The web says checkout is at noon, but it’s actually 11 AM and they have their own time zone on the reservation so that messes you up even more but they don’t tell you about that. Would not come back.
