The hotel is very lovely and located just a short stroll from the Old Town. Staff is super helpful and all speak English. The down side was the room right next to a tram track which was very noisy. We stayed 2 nights and we requested a room change, which we had and all was good then. We used spa, sauna and steam room but unfortunately the plunge pool was out of use. Gym was too basic so we decided not to use it, but overall nice place to chill. I would stay again in this hotel.

The hotel is well situated and very nice. We had a great room, the staff were very nice to us, and the breakfast room was good.

The hotel building is lovely, very decadent but no pool or outside common area to relax. The staff very all very helpful and pleasant especially Anne, who spoke perfect English and went the extra mile to make our stay exceptional. All in all a great 5 days and thoroughly recommended.

Beautiful hotel. Great location beside the park and only a few minutes from the main square. Spa area has sauna, steam room, cold plunge and jacuzzi, was quiet and relaxing. Staff were very friendly and gave recommendations for sightseeing, bars and restaurants.

Beautiful hotel in converted historic building. Renovation done to a very high standard. Room was ample and with great amenities, which completed luxurious feel. All was pristine. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Our room was on the north side of the building. The north side of the building is approximately 6 feet away from the local train tracks. You constantly hear an extremely loud train. I tried sleeping with ear plugs but the whole room shook when the train passed so it did not matter. This was something we heard every 30 minutes pretty much our entire stay. Next, the pillows were the worst I have ever seen. They were two inches thick and that is not an exaggeration. We went to the spa one day and the hot tub could not have been more than 80F. We keep our swimming pools warmer than their “hot tub”. Don’t book this place based on the spa pictures.

Excellent stay as always. Very friendly and attentive staff and nice facilities.

Fabulous position overlooking the park less than 10 minutes walk to the market square and 10 minutes from the 106 Bus Stop from the airport. Staff couldn't be more helpful. High ceilings, marble staircase, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and blackout curtains. Wonderful.

Hotel is beautiful but the pool was not in use when wanted tl use it
