It was great

Great place to stay! Staff super nice, they contact you by text and all communications by text. The response is do quickly that works perfectly! What I love the most, everything is walking distance!

We had high hopes based on the reviews we saw prior to booking this hotel. When you don’t look closely, the rooms look super cute and nice. And they were, but unfortunately our suite was very dirty. The floors were so dirty that my white socks were completely black right after putting them on. And the towels looked really worn out and stained. A plus was that we did reach out to management and they brought more towels the next day. We did mention the floors, however, it didn’t look like the floors were cleaned after this was addressed. We wore shoes at all times in the room during our whole stay. It was very hard to be comfortable in our room. And it didn’t help that the walls were paper thin - we could even hear the neighbors television. AC is listed but it is a portable AC unit that we had to install since it wasn’t set up upon our arrival. There was mention of new ownership so I hope there will be changes because this is going to be our only stay. Thankfully we only stayed 2 nights and didn’t need to use the appliances as it was not clean enough for us to want to use any of them.

The room was clean and very cute however there was no one at the front office when we got there and their maintenance man saw us in the parking lot asking for our contact info without ever telling us who he was. He was trying to be helpful but I except someone to be available at the office upon check in. In addition there was work being done in the room above us and all kinds of of banging happening until 11 at night and then again starting at 6 AM

I like the decorations

The room was clean & everything was functioning. Very cute room! The door handle & window screen needed some fixing but not functional issues. There seemed to be a minimal amount of towels available. The staff was very responsive, always via text which I thought was wonderful, and also very kind in their responses. The property next door was under construction (May 2026) & had dropped nails into the parking lot, I went through & picked them up & expressed my concern to the staff & they indicated they would address the issue. Overall I was pleased & would return again.
