The Room was very dusty, especially the closets.

Everything was perfect. Location , cleanliness, check in , area etc

Everything was great... except for the internet. That was horrible.

Great location, amenities and staff. I highly recommend Sentral and plan to stay again the next time I visit the Scottsdale area.

The carpet in the TV area needs to be replaced, as it's dirty and looks old.

Hard to find the first time because the address provided really doesn’t exist. Just use the address for the office to make finding it more straightforward. Then, provide a couple of parking spaces to use during check-in. Also, a couple of signs pointing visitors in the right direction would be incredibly helpful. Access to luggage carts required the office to be open and we lost time at departure waiting for the office to open at 9:00. Floors and carpets in our room could stand to be cleaned.

Room was definitely clean, we checked in later, so there was no one at the front desk. I was able to find everything I needed in the check-in instructions. The pool was great, we were the only ones out there and it is very clean. Bring a towel. They aren’t provided. Our only complaint was that we booked two nights and they only gave us two coffee pods. It would’ve been nice if they had given us enough for our entire stay. We did book the apartment because we like to cook when we are out of town and there wasn’t a spatula or tongs or salt and pepper… It was literally just silverware a couple of pots and one tiny pan. Plates and cups too but cabinets were mostly empty. We made it work. Location is absolutely worth the stay and the place is very modern.

Great place to stay

Definitely not a hotel, I had thought that is what I booked. It was an apartment building. A lot of hoops to jump through as far as checking in and the parking situation. But I did however like the two bed two bath with a laundry and full kitchen. For one night wasn’t necessary. In the future though if I have a longer stay I will stay there. Now that I know how it all works.
