As I was checking in one person was checking out and expressed how discouraged he was about his room and stay. I was there 3 nights and there no room cleaning, no clean linens. No coffee supplies. I had to go to the counter everyday for coffee supplies. Some of the lights were not working.

It was excellent no complaints. Enjoyed the stay very much.

overnight stay before the flight. saw the stain on the chair which i did not sit down okay for the price i paid

Car park was £25 for 1 night! They had taken our money but not alocated a room so were over booked. Wife and I had to share a single bed ( we are in our 70's) ! Paid for double and we offered 2 free drinks for that. We should be refunded at least 50%. A stain on Best Western

The hotel were dated, had no AC and the room was very hot.

Clean room, friendly and attentive desk team, good location and central to the airport

Ok for one night. The rooms are small, but functional. The Hoppa bus stops next door at the Marriott and an easy walk to BW Ariel. Had a problem with the room, but the staff changed our room and issue resolved. Restaurant food and breakfast food was good.

There was no phone, no safe, no fridge,. The shower control was falling apart.The carpet was very worn and stained. The carpet in the corridors was disgusting. This property should not be offered on this my favourite site. The only good point was the staff at the front desk and the cleaning staff all of whom were very good and doing their best with not much provided by the building itself.

The Indian food was very good. Staff were extremely helpful. The room was very clean. The exterior was a little lacking but the interior was clean & well kept.
